  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. In a separate pot, cook rice in beef broth according to package instructions.
  4. Once rice is cooked, combine with the beef mixture.
  5. Spread refried beans on tortillas, add the beef and rice mixture, top with salsa and cheese.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
