- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, arrange the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, toss the broccoli, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers with olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
