  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Add the sliced smoked sausage to the bowl and mix well.
