Chopped Italian Pasta Salad

An easy and flavorful take on Italian pasta salad.

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, cucumbers, and red onion.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Add fresh basil and gently mix.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
