- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, coconut milk, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
