- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
