  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the macaroni to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and spoon the mixture into each cup.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
