Creamy Chicken Broccoli Rigatoni Bake

A delicious and easy recipe for a creamy chicken broccoli rigatoni bake that the whole family will love.

  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top before baking.
