- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package breadcrumbs
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, sautéed vegetables, cream, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
