  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add Velveeta cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture and mix until evenly coated. Serve warm.

Notes

  • This dish can be garnished with parsley for added flavor.
