- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- In a large Crock Pot, combine chicken broth, chicken thighs, carrots, celery, onion, peas, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
