  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes, onion, and garlic in the Crock Pot.
  2. Add the chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  3. Once the potatoes are tender, use a potato masher to mash some of the potatoes for a creamy texture.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, topped with turkey bacon and chives.
