2 cups frozen hash browns
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
In the slow cooker, layer the frozen hash browns, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
