  • 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 pound red potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the diced red potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the sausage on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the sausage.
  4. Add the corn and top with butter.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked through.
  6. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
