- 1 pound sausage
- 4 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pound red potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
