- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- Brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a large crockpot, layer half of the cabbage leaves.
- Add the ground beef mixture on top of the cabbage.
