Crockpot Creamy Cheddar Chicken, Corn & Baby Potatoes

A delightful and easy recipe for a creamy cheddar chicken dish with corn and baby potatoes made in the crockpot.

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the corn and baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, then pour it over everything in the crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
