  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the egg noodles and frozen peas and carrots.
  6. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, until the noodles are tender.
