- 2 pounds steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the steak cubes and season with salt and pepper.
