Crockpot Million Dollar Cheesy Chicken Casserole

A deliciously creamy and cheesy chicken casserole made in a crockpot, featuring turkey bacon for added flavor.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped turkey bacon, and cooked penne pasta.
  2. Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
