  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, canned
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups pasta, penne
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  4. One hour before serving, add uncooked pasta.
  5. Once cooked, stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted.
