- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
