- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and diced tomatoes to the crockpot.
