Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Try this delightful Deviled Egg Pasta Salad with a twist of turkey bacon and chicken ham!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced hard-boiled eggs, crumbled turkey bacon, and diced chicken ham.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni to the egg mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day in advance.
  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
