Easy Taco Lasagna

A delicious and healthy take on traditional lasagna, using turkey bacon and beef for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Add salsa and taco seasoning, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, beans, and cheese.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

  • Feel free to add extra vegetables like bell peppers or corn for added nutrition.
