- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 strips turkey bacon
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add salsa and taco seasoning, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, meat mixture, beans, and cheese.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
