Fiery Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños

A delicious and spicy appetizer featuring jalapeños stuffed with a Cajun shrimp mixture and wrapped in turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, cream cheese, Cajun seasoning, green onions, and shredded cheese.
  4. Stuff the jalapeños with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a piece of turkey bacon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.

Notes

  • For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
  • You can use regular bacon if preferred.
