  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add in the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey, applesauce, eggs, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top.
