- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
