1 pound chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup white rice
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Pour over chicken and stir to coat.
In another pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add rice and broccoli, cover, and reduce heat. Cook until rice is fluffy and broccoli is tender.
Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
