Iceberg Pea Salad

A light and crunchy salad featuring fresh iceberg lettuce, sweet peas, and crispy turkey bacon, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, peas, turkey bacon, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a few hours in advance; however, it’s best served fresh to maintain the crunch of the lettuce.
