- 4 large russet potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and dry them, then pierce each potato with a fork.
- Bake potatoes for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
- While potatoes are baking, cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
