Lemon Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  5. Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
