  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice the russet potatoes into rounds.
  3. Place the potato rounds on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
