Loaded Potato Salad

A rich and creamy potato salad that elevates the classic dish with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once the potatoes are cool, chop them into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
  4. Add turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and cheddar cheese, then gently mix to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
