- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and separate the leaves.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add onion, garlic, and ground turkey until browned.
- Add paprika, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Mix well.
- Place a portion of the turkey mixture onto a cabbage leaf and roll it up, tucking the ends in.
- Place the rolls seam-side down in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices to the meat mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
