Million Dollar Maple Sausage Rolls

Delicious and indulgent sausage rolls made with a blend of beef and turkey bacon, drizzled with maple syrup for a sweet and savory treat.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 sheet puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each rectangle.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with egg wash and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
