  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
  3. Add egg yolk and vanilla, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Press dough into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden. Let cool.
  6. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Fill each cookie cup with the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Top with slices of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
