Mississippi Beef Angel Hair Pasta

  • 8 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
