- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese and some crumbled bacon in the center, then wrap the meat around the filling to form a meatball.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
