- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1 cup blueberry puree
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. Add the strawberry puree to one and the blueberry puree to the other. Fold gently to combine.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust, spreading evenly. Then pour the blueberry mixture over the strawberry layer, creating a swirl effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
