One-Pot Meatball Pasta

A delicious and convenient one-pot meal that the entire family will love, featuring savory meatballs and pasta cooked to perfection.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  3. In a large pot or Dutch oven, add marinara sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Add pasta to the pot and stir to combine.
  5. Carefully add meatballs to the pot, making sure they are submerged in the liquid.
  6. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is cooked and meatballs are heated through.
  7. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a creamier dish, add a splash of heavy cream before serving.
  • Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
