- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
