  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans and pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and heavy cream. Drizzle over the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before slicing.
