  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add cabbage and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with black pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
