Seafood Pasta Salad (Creamy & Loaded)

A rich and creamy seafood pasta salad loaded with turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, and turkey bacon.
  3. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the seafood mixture, then pour the dressing over it and toss gently.
  5. Fold in the cherry tomatoes and green onions.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes to the dressing.
  • Feel free to substitute with your favorite seafood.
