- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
