  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté spinach until wilted and remove excess moisture.
  3. Add shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, Parmesan, cream, and seasonings to the spinach.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
