Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna Stuffed with Salmon and Crabmeat

Treat yourself to a delicious Shrimp Alfredo Lasagna stuffed with succulent salmon and crabmeat.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, crabmeat, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by a layer of ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat cheeses.
  • Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
