- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
