  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until beef is tender.
  3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into the slow cooker.
