Slow Cooker Chicken Cabbage and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and black pepper over the vegetables.
  4. Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
