Slow Cooker Chicken Ham Green Beans and Potatoes

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the diced ham, green beans, potatoes, onion, and garlic on top.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
